It combines many elements one wouldn't think of being a fit into the scene.
Though, many of your renders turn out somehow gritty and edgy. I hope there's a way in the settings to smooth them.
Additionally I can't see any streets and not many ships are flying in your pictures.
And did anyone tell you that you use a hell lot of mirror-like windows?
Anyway, I think the tower in the middle is simply awesome and makes the picture a great one.
